Margaret Heindl has over 20 years of experience as a Claims Litigation Analysis. She has experience in workers compensation, personal lines and commercial insurance claims. Margaret has experience adjusting and providing superior claims services to American Fortune 500 companies such as Allstate, AIG and C.N.A. The accounts Margaret has adjusted claims for include retail companies, energy companies, beverage bottling companies and municipalities. Margaret is an expert in settlement of serious bodily injury claims which result from auto accidents, product liability and slip & falls. Margaret graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Margaret has her Senior Claims Law Associates degree and is a licensed Adjuster in the state of Georgia and New York.
