Anthony Petrozza has been happy to call Atlanta home since moving here for law school. He attended Emory University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Emory International Law Review. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor from Emory, Anthony received his B.A. in History from the University of South Carolina.
Anthony’s practice focuses on auto accidents, premises liability, and negligent security. He will consider any case where someone has been injured or suffered loss through the bad acts of another. He believes that everyone should have the right to recover for their injuries and that no person, business, or insurance company is above the law. He is dedicated to making sure his clients recover the maximum value for their cases and is not afraid to use the legal system when an at-fault party fails to offer just compensation.
Basing his approach to law on communication, Anthony wants to be available to his clients to answer their questions and help guide them through the legal process – something he deals with daily but which can be new and intimidating to clients. He believes that at the end of the day an informed client is a happy client.
Anthony is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association as well as the American Bar Association.
